RS II Guesthouse

Good location, great price

The balcony is a public walkway which means no privacy.

Nothing

The room stunk and the walls were covered in mould. There was a hole in the wall which allowed mosquitos in so there was plenty in our room. The staff said there were no rooms available that we could use instead which was r true.

The bed is a little dirty .

The location is truly amazing! The balciny view is beatiful and just a minute walk fron the riverside. also dont really see the oroblem with people not being able to find the entrance theres a huge sign on the building. the ac worked which us always pleasant. The breakfasts were pretty decent and the cafe was really nice.

Dirty, obviously the rooms have been there for some time. The windows were filthy, to start the shower was a but of a puzzle. For me personally the stairs werent a problem, but uf you have mobility issues to get to the room wil be very hardcore.

The location

Everything else. It was filthy, walls were covered in dirt, beds hadn’t been cleaned, wires were exposed, door didn’t close properly even when locked. Also mould on walls

I know now why previous guests value so low this guesthouse, I think the whole RS I+II+III are just the same a big scum and sad is that booking.com does nothing to protect loyal member like myself. despite all documents never booking.com warn the host not using fake/old photo and description in order to seek guests who trust the information per-reservation.I`m sick to write long review truthfully and collect photos as document and see no result I ask myself why shall I book through booking.com at all??? They did not even give me free breakfast where as level 3 genius member I am entitle to have free breakfast,I`m surprise to see what booking.com do for my right!!!?

close to the Royal palace,nothing else was worth even to go inside the guesthouse. As anybody can see from the photos,this pice of art shall be the superior deluxe room with balcony, the roof is coming down,heater and shower is damaged,the room has a garment but no window behind it but as I was looking prior to my reservation in their website everyone can see which photo they advert with it is shameful why booking.com allow such charlatans use guest trust on booking.com page and not ban such host charlatans.

The location is excellent - close to the palace, the river, lots of restaurants. We booked 2 rooms to accommodate our family - when we discovered at check in that they were in different buildings, they quickly changed our rooms to make them next to each other without any extra cost, which we were very grateful for. If you are just looking for a room and spend most of your time out and about seeing Phnom Penh, it is a good budget place to stay.

The bathroom is very stinky. We actually covered the shower drain, taped up the basin overflows, and left the plug in with some water in the basin to reduce the smell. The walls are also very dirty.

I had a pleasant stay at this guesthouse. It's a great budget option for the price, offering good value for money. The room comes with air conditioning and a private bathroom, which is perfect if you're looking for affordable comfort. Overall, a solid choice for travelers on a budget!

At this price, there's really nothing to complain about – it's not the Hilton, but for what you're paying, it's more than fair
