Lovely Detached house in lovely location

Lovely property! Very spacious, bedrooms are all a good size. We jus got takeaway and chilled there for the evening. Perfect for a small group. Plenty of shops, pubs and food nearby. And a lovely park right next to the property

It’s a very small complaint but as we took a PlayStation with us the telly could’ve been a little bigger but it that’s me knit picking for our own needs :)

The location only

When we arrived at the property we could see from the outside appearance that it was going to be poor. All the blinds on the windows look broken. Inside It was dirty. All The carpets are stained. The 2 en suite showers didn’t work and were dirty. The shower in the main bathroom had no water pressure. When someone was using the main bathroom shower the waste water came up the en suite showers plug hole. This also happens when the toilet is flushed. The hot water tap in the kitchen wouldn’t turn off. I could go on and on. The worst stay I have ever had when using booking. Com

The size

Nothing really

The house was great. It was great value and gave us the space we needed.

The boiler in one of the bedroom was really noisy. Also, I cut my foot on a sewing needle that was in the rug in one of the bedrooms. It could do with a few more touches, such as oven clothes or hand towels in the bathrooms just to make it a little more comfy.

Quiet residential street, off road parking, convenient for railway station.

Property supposedly accommodates up to 6 adults but only has seating for 4 at the table. The kitchen has very limited equipment (3 forks, 2 cups, etc). It's not the cleanest property.
