Lovely Detached house in lovely location

The size of the house was great and the location was very nice right next to a park.

The beds were uncomfortable and not clean, one was broken. There were stains on the carpets and furniture. The bedsheets were stained - one had dried blood stains. We would not have stayed there for more than the one night we did. It's a pity because the house, with a proper deep clean would have been lovely.

Very convenient to Heathrow Airport. Close to shops and transport.

Could be a little cleaner.

My second time staying in the apartment. The location is great.The host is very responsive and friendly

A group of us recently rented the property in question below we’re our findings, I have tried contacting the property but they are not answering calls. The house was supposed to be a non smoking, the smell was unbelievable when we got there. The entire house was filthy, with stained carpets. The waste bin was full when we got there. The kitchen rug was filthy and a member of our group stepped on glass embedded in it. One of the beds was collapsed. The plug holes were full of grime. The carpets and floors throughout were sticky. The pans were rusted in the cupboards. The mirror in the downstairs toilet was cracked. The washer was disgusting. The cupboard door was hanging off. The ceiling in the lounge was blistered and cracked. There was rubbish under the bed in one room. All in all this property should not even be rented out.

Location was good

Communication was not very good, the house was bare and unused and the furniture was tired and had several issues, there was a couple of holes in the ceiling as well as it being water damaged. Cleaning had been done to a poor standard. The side was wet, the floor was sticky. There were old sweets and solid coffee in the cupboard. The cups had to be cleaned before we could use them.

Itnwasxstinking every where, towels were wet, place was not clean , couldn't even sleep because of stink, folirstbtime had so much bad experience, after this will always try from Airbnb first

The house was not clean , even it was like today only they washed bed linens and all as they were wet, and stink all over house.

Good size and close to work , super large parking in the driveway . Friendly host that communicated well .

The property has great potential ; at the moment has only been done the minimum to be up and running sort of thing . With some investment and care this can be made great . - addition of lamps , paintings, mirrors , better walls paint , furniture items , covers for the worn out sofa bed( if not replaced ) - better clean

Spacious and the location was near to the airport (evening before a flight)

Dirty (blood on the carpet in one room, and water stains on the bed of another. Got a knock at the door at 2am from a drunk person who had a booking for the location on his phone. Shower was broken in one of the bathrooms. Customer service has sucked throughout the resolution process.
