The garden was massive and it had lots of rooms and toilet

The Airbnb wasn’t as clean and had some bed bugs which the host said they would look into and call specialist to get rid of .

Great property, location and host . Will definitely be staying again

Very nice place, perfect espace

The house was nice to look at from the outside.

Where to start ... the majority of the mattress' were rock hard and only fit for the skip. The shower door in the ensuite had recently been broken as there was still broken glass in the shower tray and on the side, there was also shards of glass in the bedroom rug to which my partner cut her foot. There was an empty can of cider under one of the beds along with hair bands and cotton wool ear buds - all used and not ours; and what looks like blood stains in the carpet. There was only 2 bowls in the entire place and the kitchen was extremely grotty with the drains constantly giving you that drain smell. There was damage to the ceilings (multiple rooms) which was just left and the living room sofa felt like it was past it's useful life many years ago. The house was very minimalist with a lot of the furniture looking dirty/worn out. The TV was tiny for the size of the room and the patio doors would not close properly, so you had to keep the curtains closed to keep the heat in the living room. Whoever cleans here should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves - by the time we'd got there and found this it was too late to go anywhere else.

The accommodation is in a good location, big rooms and close to Heathrow and Windsor. Neighborhood is good and close to the park for the kids. A great place to stay...

Needs sorting out with the microwave and host was on it, there was a wet part of the carpet near the ensuite and the plug for the bath is stuck hence bath is not draining. Host was quick to update us that they are aware and trying to sort it out.

Review of: Lovely Detached house in lovely location 8 Church Close, West Drayton, managed/owned by Shaz. Booked through Booking.com Date of stay: 26th Oct 2024 – 28th Oct 2024 Upon first arrival, everything looks good. Check-in was simple and efficient, great parking right on the drive and right next to a nice green area with a children’s playground. The house is spacious and warm with 3 toilets (1 ensuite shower room, 1 main bathroom with shower over and 1 downstairs toilet). The entrance hall is large and leads to 2 living rooms, the kitchen, the toilet and stairs to the upstairs. The house sleeps up to 8, over 4 double bedrooms so enough space for all the family. Sounds Great! Here come the bad bits. Sadly of which there are many……. (I will try to list them as simply as possible): Sadly, the review space isn't large enough for my full review, which was very thorough. So I have bullet pointed it below Pros: Lovely location Great parking Spacious accommodation Had what you needed Was nice and warm Decent price for size and location Cons: Really really filthy carpets Rundown and unloved Cupboards, drawers and fridge really awkward to open Leaking water under bathroom floors Heating set all day so waaaaay too warm at night Sinks smell awful or don’t empty Light missing and hanging out in 1 room Risky to drink the tap water due to the muck built up in all taps
