Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due fast, room are so nice

Room were so clean. it was a pleasant experience. I would surely visit the hotel again.

Bed was comfortable.

Hot water was not available. The Restaurant tried to over bill us in the name of GST without mentioning in the bill. when asked they were saying that we include gst only in some food. Water was not provided in the room. The AC duct and chnnels were leaking. Soap and shampoos were not kept in the room. TV was not working.

Staffs were good and helpful. Big place. Room size and ambience was good. AC was working properly.

Most negative marks for cleanliness. Bedsheets ,towels required to be clean very properly. Building is still underconstruction, which has its own problems like rain water coming into room, water is not completely drain out in bathroom, toilet seat covers and flush need maintenance. Toiletries are needed to check and replace regularly. Food is just average.

Room service and cleanining wise they were quick and excellent ... and a lot of smiling faces around us hotel staff were amazing staff were very helpful.

GOOD SIZE ROOM. BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD AND HAD GOOD QUALITY AND VARIETY. STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE AND PRECISE WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.

The hotel was one of the best i have ever eaten in . fabulous food and great service . thank you mr deepak kumar sah
