Big room with a very comfortable bed. clean bathroom great and helpful staff.

The food was good, but oily. The staff tried to help their best, but they are very poorly managed leading to delay in service as well as are not aware about the facilities of the hotel and ask for seperate money for house keeping.

There's no electricity half the time, along with voltage fluctuations resulting in bare minimum cooling of room. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty had to get them changed, even though I ended up using unclean blankets as there was no fresh blanket available. You have to either keep calling the reception or wait for hours for some services

There is nothing at the property to like.. The staff was rude n ill mannered. Inspite of having vacant rooms, the staff has asked me to shift to another property of theirs which was nearly 30kms away and we're offering me non AC room. Instead of providing me the room, the staff insisted on bill payment and when I asked for the bill, they gave me the bill of the restaurant without GST. They were even charging for the water bottle. I don't understand howvome this hotel has been listed in this website. It's worth removing them from the list.

The room lacked basic facilities like mirror in the bathroom. There was no handwash. The flush n health faucet were broken. No towels, I literally had to beg for one. No tea/coffee kit was provided. Can't comment about the TV as I didn't switch it on. It was a nightmare to stay in this property. I won't recommend this to anyone

Hotel look & atmosphere very good location,supporting staff & hotel interior so good.stay was comfy & enjoyable.value for money hotel.

The room was not ready at the check in time and was not cleaned. I got the room after one hour
