Rien à dire.

The location was very convenient for entering Orpen Gate, Kruger and the excellent staff who were all very professional, from the managers, the waiters, the chef and the cleaning staff-all outstanding people who made us feel very comfortable and at home. Food was delicious with lots of variety. We had several amazing safaris into the Manyeleti Game Conservancy and saw a huge amounts of animals including the leopard.

Beautiful place

The service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived the staff were there to greet us and ensure that our stay felt like a home away from home. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that everything we needed was accommodated. It was my partner's birthday and they made sure that it was a memorable and special one. Our guides for the drives and bush walk were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions (and more) and did everything they could to try and locate the animals we wanted to see. It was an unforgettable stay and experience.

What a stunning little boutique style hotel. Beautiful set-up at communal lounge/dining/bar area. Rooms are beautiful and layout is practical. Staff is professional and well trained. Food is of high quality and delicious. Will definitely stay at Orpen Kruger again when planning a trip to the Kruger or Blyde River Canyon.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Chefin des Hauses empfangen. Auch das Personal ist überaus freundlich, Essen Top und Lage direkt am Orpen Gate, also ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in den Krüger Park. Jedes Zimmer ist ein ptivater kleiner Bungalow, besser gehts nicht.

The orpen gate is open infact it was never shut. We arrived through the park at the Orpen having just seen wild dogs and then Hyena cubs and exited via hoedspruit airport. From the airport there is a short diversion which took 15mins longer than normal. As for our stay it was our fourth time here. Exceptional as ever.

It is an excellent small lodge (true lodge!) with gorgeous main area, conveniently located just outside the Orpen gate. Spotless clean, fantastic staff, excellent food and very good game drive!
