Comfort Suites At the University

The location

It needs some renovations. The furniture is old and many stains. The bathroom has rusted door hinges, worn floors, and a mustey odor

Property was clean, breakfast was excellent.

On 5/25/2025 Between the hours of 2am-315am it was very noisy, as if people was fighting outside my room. The phone didn’t work in our room & I didn’t realize this til I tried calling front desk. The next morning I told the front desk clerk/staff & they showed no understanding what so even, I also mention could they review the camera’s . I was told several different lies about the manager not being there. This experience was very scary & unbearable too me & my family. I highly recommend no one too book here. I wouldn’t won’t anyone to experience what we had to experience. However, I didn’t GET MY $321.00 for my stay back that was promise to me. That’s also a lie they told me.

Location around a lot of stores close to hospital

The smell it smell like a old basement, and the room was so dusty I had to clean it up myself

Bathroom did not look very clean I think they up graded at some point but did very cheap up grade
