Staff was over the top nice. Front desk was very happy and pleasant each time we came in. Lady that did the buffet breakfast was a doll, we were 5 minutes late one morning and she let us make some waffles while she cleaned up the other items. Staff was a 10!!!

Hotel was very old! Stains and rips on carpets. Shower head was super low so if you’re tall, you have to duck down to get your head and shoulders wet.

"bed was comfortable, hotel needs some cosmetic upgrades"

We could not switch channels on the TV, so we had to switch rooms, then there was no shower curtain in the room we switch to, so I moved the shower curtain from the last room. The bathroom of the room we switch to was not as nice; the soap dish wasn't on the wall and the ceiling was mess up plaster. Overall, the stay was good. Breakfast was great!

The bathroom needs work but was clean. The phone didn't work in the second room.

"We won’t be back."

Nothing.

The room was hot coming in. It’s not a “suite” it’s the same size as any other hotel room. The outlets and lamps by the bed didn’t work. The bathroom door hits the toilet when you open it. The couch was dirty.
