"Horrible Customer Service"

Booked for a weekend stay only to be told when I was pretty close to the location and asked the front desk staff for directions that they were fully booked.How do you do such a thing? Such a horrible experience! Even the price on booking.com was quite different from what the front desk lady mentioned before I booked. She kept telling me that they are much cheaper than others around like she was doing me a favour. I definitely wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.
