Luxe Haven Lekki

It was like a bad day in a movie. First I called endlessly and no one picked. When someone finally called back I thought the drama was over, little did I know that it was the beginning. The location is quite interesting. Got to the estate gate I waited to be granted access and then finally got to the property gate and waited for almost an hour without being attended to. Finally I got in, the room was not yet cleaned up and the young lady I met there said I cannot use the AC in this very hot weather until the power holding company restore power. I asked about their generator she said it cannot carry the generator so also the solar. It was too much for me so I left. It was far distance from my final location where I was to meet up with someone and I thought to myself i will head back late. Is this the same way they will keep a young lady outside at night and no one will pick up their calls when I come back late. So I called the person I spoke to, to please cancel cos I can’t stay and it was too stressful.

Good Wifi. Comfy rooms. Was able to stay productive

I loved the rooms. Friendly hosts. Really enjoyed my stay

Room was spacious enough and WIFI worked really well enabling me to work effectively while in the house

I had to go out of the house to get food. I wish there was a food option provided by the host

The apartment was clean and in a serene environment

The management was so poor, always having to call for light,water. No water heater, no internet. The agent was extremely rude and insulted me because I asked for my caution fee, always having call and wait for access code, I walked to the gate once because I couldn’t get through to who sends me code.

Serene estate. Polite and understanding staff as well. I had a lovely stay

Thé wifi works

Very poor service. There was no soap, no towel, no tissue paper, I asked for but got nothing had to go out to the bad road to get these things. I paid for 3days but could only stay 2days
