"Perfect Cottage in a beautiful part of Donegal"

10.0

The cottage is so beautiful and has everything you need for a self catering accommodation, the views surrounding us was smoothing and peaceful. looking out to valleys and sheep while having breakfast was amazing. The host Majella is a lovely lady and lives close to the cottage. I really hope to return with my little family in the near future.

It would be hard to not like anything about this cottage and its surroundings

"Exceptional"

10.0

The location was stunning, with breathtaking views from every window. We had all the facilities we needed for a very comfortable holiday. It was a great base for exploring the area. And the area is amazing!

The situation with the hot water was a bit confusing, but once you let it run for a few minutes, it's fine.

"Nice quiet spot to get away from it all. Perfect for a digital detox if you need one."

Very clean with a perfect remote location for exploring west Donegal

Mattresses were not comfortable after a long day out exploring.

"Peace and tranquilty"

8.0

Eileen's cottage is very well equipped spacious and comfortable. The location is very scenic, tranquil and remote. A good spot for visiting the beautiful areas of South Donegal with stunning attractions close by.

Wifi was a bit poor. In the locality.

"9/10"

9.0

The cottage is located in amazing mountainous scenery with beautiful drives along the way. The cleanliness was next to none. There was a welcome folder with information on how to get things done around. Also, there was information literature about Donegal, things to do, and its history, which was amazingly helpful. The proximity to beautiful tourist attractions is great. The communication with the host Majella was great, and the facilities to make our stay homely were great

The Internet reception wasn't great, but that is understandable and wasn't a huge inconvenience

"Gorgeous cottage in Donegal"

9.0

This is a gorgeous cottage close to Slieve League and other attractions. We used it as a base for our trip in Donegal. Majella is a really nice host and everything was set up perfectly. We could get the keys and just go in and everything we needed for they stay were available. Cleaning could be a tad bit better but it was not a big issue (some touch needed especially to the cupboards with pans). The internet connection is weak and it is understandable (it is not that they have fiber in front of the house but they did not connect) since it is a mobile modem and weather, etc. affect it. I would suggest to get offline versions of anything you need before going but there won't be huge issues with Whatsapp and such.

A bit more attention to some parts of cleaning.
