"Most wonderful place ever. Even with a beautiful view."

Beautiful property. Kind people. Went out of their way to help us because somehow we got the dates mixed up. Brought us fresh eggs from their chickens and fresh bread. Best place on a 2 wk NZ trip.

"Great location"

Well presented, well equipped property with character. All the kitchen utensils were in good condition, induction hob and large fridge. Excellent instructions on location, which was lovey with a great view from the outside decks.

Only minor criticism was shower pressure. There were a few mosquitos- so some anti mosquito measures would be good

I loved the spaciousness and attention to details not to mention the privacy and view across the bay. There are a lot of positives.We had access to beach towels, kayaks, a good gas BBQ, nice toiletries and lux towels. The beds are very comfortable. There are 2 veranda seating options and there was milk and butter in the fridge and Manuka honey for our toast. Everything in the house is high end quality. Julie accommodated several change in numbers for our stay and even rang me when I forgot some clothes, graciously offering to launder and post them to me. The outlook and proximity to beaches, a cafe, fish n chip joint and Four Square and gas station is ideal for getting away to the beach but close enough to useful things. I would love to come back

Our family is tall and we found the lounge seats too low but we weren't there for long periods anyway. As an oldie I found the en suite bathroom floor a little challenging. Its angled more than usual to the central floor drain. However there are plenty of grab rails!
