The room was modern with all facilities and snacks, coffee. The ameneties were in excellent condition. This location was exceptional accessible to Catania central station, via Etna, food streets and other important land mark.

Great place fantastic location quiet within walking distance of most places. Owner is very responsive and friendly!

The room was NEW! I felt like in a luxury hotel. Everything was super clean and smell good. The owner is amazing. We absolutely loved it! We had shower robes and great coffee. You feel the attention to details and the thoughtfulness of the host. Air conditioner was good. Sheets smell great. Bathroom amazing. Super recommended!

The entrance of the building is still renovating and not new (because its a shared space with other neighbours, but it felt super safe with an locked exterior door for the whole building and another smart lock for the hotel. And a lock for the room. I didnt like the neighborhood, but I knew that all this area is like this. Super authentic. It was ok for me. Actually the moment you step through the door you enter a parallel world of luxury. While outside street is very different ;) the location was good and also the price so I would chose this place again for next time and recommend it with no hesitation.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, and even a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. In the shared kitchen, there was delicious coffee, tea, muffins, and croissants available. Everything was very clean and cleaned daily. I highly recommend this place!

Super comfy and soft bed. Great big shower. A fridge with free water bottles. Has a good AC and they even have a free coffee machine and Snack available for free 24/7. Staff in the building is not speaking any English but you can contact English speaking staff/owner anytime via WhatsApp. Very fast replying and helpful. Location is near to the central station and bus stops. Walking distance to city center/ old town.

Only the entrance area of the building is a bit smelly. But it’s not the hotels fault since there is other people living in this building.

I was late for check in due to traffic and the landlord waited for me even exceed the check in hours. Breakfast was not included but free coffee and snacks were offered for free. The coffee was excellent!

I reserved the facility with filter 24 hours receptionist, but it turns out it's not. The landlord promised and was on call though. During the 3 days of our stay, we didn't get any chance to meet the landlord in person, so we failed to get any help on practical problems (like how to read the parking sign, how to pay the parking fine due to wrong parking, etc.), not to mention to receive any general information about the city from him, which usually the landlord would be happy to share. We tried to call but for the landlord, it's difficult to understand those questions in English via phone - so basically, no information, no help, only rooms. Another thing is cleanness. Until we come back to the room the 2nd day, we got to know that the clean lady was not coming every day. So we have to use the dirty towel for the previous day (we were given only 1 set of towers). If that's the way, it should be put clearly on the hotel information, and should reminder the guest when they check in. Also the bathroom is not very clean. The clean lady came the 3rd day, change the tower, but didn't replenish the toilet paper.

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful place in Sicily. The welcome was incredibly warm and kind – I felt truly cared for from the very first moment. The hospitality was thoughtful, and the location was perfect: right in the center, yet peaceful and quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere felt just like home – in a calm, elegant space. I’m deeply grateful for everything and truly hope to return as soon as possible. Incredibly nice host, very comfortable rooms, extremely flexible regarding check in and check out times, nice kitchen with free coffee and snacks, good location between main station and city centre, very clean
