Heart City Rooms

Very comfortable,bright and large rooms in a perfect location! you can easily walk to the station, city centre and to catch buses to visit around the island. The host is amazing and provides daily fresh baked goodies and gave us great recommendations for food. the outside state of the building like in other comments is not great and can make the area feel a bit shady but is not at all. We felt safe and welcomed everywhere we walked around!

Everything was amazing, is the perfect base if you want to explore the east side of Sicily!

The room was very clean and comfy. The equipments are modern. The place is very safe. You have also a pack of toiletries and 1 bottle of water for free. The host is very nice too. I recommend.

Don't be scared of the street or the entrance, inside is very cosy.

Very big modern room in good location. Really helpful staff who waited up for us even though we arrived late at night and suggested a great restaurant despite it being late. Free pastries and coffee in the morning too!! Great stay.

We loved the place! It is a beautifully appointed facility - modern interior, well-lit, spacious enough room, with atmosphere. The people who run the place have thought of every detail - they have not limited themselves to the basics only. We had very good and quick communication with Saverio, the reception manager - an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and efficient young man, who was available all the time and providing interesting and useful information (even telling us about the local legends). Even though there was no breakfast included, there was a well-equipped breakfast area, available to the guests, with light snacks, juices, coffee and tea, which were just enough to start your day. Heart City Rooms is only 5-7 minutes away (on foot) from the railway station and the central bus station, and within walking distance from the city centre. Leaving our luggage after the check-out time was an added bonus. We had a great time. Thank you, Saverio!

Location and staff...

Top location. Newly renovated. Always some food and drinks available for free. Best location. Easy to find a cheap parking along the street. No need to search for an expensive private parking space.

We were used during our 14-days trip that rooms are tidied-up every day which was not the case for our 2-day stay here. But I think that such daily service is not really necessary for 2 nights, hence this did not influence my final ranking. (but might be an important factor for someone else)

The room was spotless and very well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need – shower gel, toothbrushes, bathrobes, and more. The host was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome, taking the time to explain everything in detail. He was always available to answer our questions and even went out of his way to offer us food, which was a really kind gesture since it wasn't included. The building is well-secured, and it's also very close to the train station. All of this came at an amazing price! It’s such a shame that we only stayed for one night, but we’ll definitely be booking here again next time we’re in Catania. Highly recommended!

Antonio and colleagues were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very new. Common area is also new and there is coffee, tea and snacks..

Double bed is not double but 2 beds combined with a sheet which is uncomfortable.. Shower is also very small and air condition is working loudly. I saw no note about room service (changing towels, etc) it seems they donot have daily.
