La piscine le toit et le petit dej sont top. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées.

Le ménage n’est pas top, et les chambres sont mal entretenue. Il en faudrait peu pour qu’elles paraissent plus propre

"A wonderful place to stay in the city!!"

It was in a great location, it was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious the roof top pool was fabulous! And there was plenty of hot water! Also a small refrigerator and coffee maker in the room! I’ve stayed there twice and definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel clean and nice but....

I would like to share my experience during my stay at your hotel, as it left me feeling quite disappointed. At the time of booking, I was charged in full, and only afterward received the detailed policies regarding bringing a dog to the hotel. Fortunately, we made sure to comply with all the requirements and arrived with all the necessary documents. However, upon arrival, we were informed of additional restrictions that had not been clearly communicated beforehand — specifically, that we are not allowed to bring our dog to the breakfast area, and that when passing through the lobby, the dog must be carried in a dedicated carrier, which we did not bring with us. This created a feeling that while pets are technically allowed, they are not genuinely welcomed, and the experience did not reflect a pet-friendly environment as we had expected. In addition, I would strongly suggest reconsidering the policy of charging guests in full before providing all relevant information, especially when bookings are non-refundable. It would be more fair and transparent to share all terms and restrictions clearly before payment is taken. I would appreciate your clarification on these policies and hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.
