Le petit déjeuner était top, le personnel très gentil

Les chambres sont mal entretenu et le ménage n’est presque pas fait. Impossible de changer la température de la Clim, bloqué a 20 degrés. Les deux jours personne n’a nettoyé le sol, il y a avait des cheveux, des miettes par terre. Des traces de de doigts sur les miroirs de la salle de bain, des cheveux dans les lits à notre arrivée…bref chambre tres passable.

Le séjour au Gran Evenia a été magique. L’hôtel est très joli et l’ambiance y est paisible. L’équipe est très agréable nous avons été très bien accueillis! Le petit déjeuner est exquis et le restaurant sur place El jardin de Gaudi dans lequel nous avons dîner plusieurs fois proposent des plats exceptionnels! Très très bonne cuisine et chouette service. Nous recommandons.

The location of the hotel is nice and it was very convenient that the hotel had a pool.

The first room that we had had mold inside and was smelling horrible. When we came to the reception the lady didnt believe us until we showed her pictures and gave us different room. The next room did not smell but the AC was not working and the bathroom was just dirty. The towels were dirty too and I would guess that the cleaner did absolutely nothing because we found some trash after other guests in the room. Attaching some pictures for you to see what youre getting yourself into.
