Great price and location. Just a short walk ro bourbon street

Location was great! It was quiet and a short stroll to the French Quarters. The place was clean and the pictures of the property are accurate.

It was 40 degrees and we had no heat. We finally got the window air unit to blow out a small amount of heat the following morning. The unit definitely needs to be serviced. Hot water came out of the kitchen sink, but the knob in the shower does not go past cold without coming off in your hand. There was also a mix up upon arriving. We were told one apt and given the code, only to find no key. After about 30 min they returned a text and told us it was a different apt with a different code. Two other couples also arrived at the same time and both had the same code to the same apt. There was also a mix up with which apt each of them were staying in.

Close to downtown

Cold air coming in around the door it had a big crack all the way around it no heat but in the bedroom plugs didn't work in the bathroom TV didn't work called everyday and didn't come until it's was time to leave stove dirty pans are rusted al had two towels for a 3 day stay shower handle would come off when you tried to shower

The location was great grocery store a couple blocks away . Frenchmen st within walking distance and a short bus or trolley ride to Bourbon st

No tv in the bedroom you could turn the living room one to see from bed but a tv in bedroom would be better
