++ Location is perfect. Garage is close and very important in the city centre. Spacious appartment. Host extremely helpful. Nice breakfast at nearby cafe is included. -- Hot water flow is weak. Bit pricey.

- Refrigerator doesn’t work, despite the owners reluctance to acknowledge this. - Missing blind in the bedroom so there was no block out in the bedroom. - Instructions to breakfast venue had incorrect Maps link and staff didn’t know anything about our vouchers. - There was mould in the shower! - Towels were thin and worn and hardly useful. Very poor quality. - Bed just had a sheet on it, that is, it wasn’t made. There was a thin, old blanket in a cupboard. - very poor (low) water pressure, hot water takes 5 minutes before it comes hot - Shower is VERY small; smaller than it appears in the pictures - Kitchen utensils are limited and basic. - The apartment is dark and gloomy and is attic style with small windows - it was too expensive for the low quality apartment it is.

it is in the center. there are many restaurants and supermarkets around the accommodation. very close to many attractions. own private garage. it is included in the price. the host explains everything at the time of booking. they are very correct.

This was the last day of our stay in Italy and after staying in some less nice places, we decided to splurge. And boy did it pay off. Very lovely apartment, convenient self checkout, underground parking a block away. Washing machine. Breakfast at a very nice caffe nearby. Enjoyed all the written and video instructions—great if you’re arriving at odd time in the middle of the night.

Nice clean place, in city center. Garage just few min away, clear and easy instructions how to enter property and garage. 5 min away from shopping and restaurant streets.
