The apt was clean. Near in the port. Walking distance to restaurants.

The parking is a block away. It was heavy raining and it was difficult for us to unload our luggage especially we have an older person with us. Please inform your guest about the parking. It s in the attic. Small windows.

The apartment is very modern, in a secure and quiet environment whilst still located at the very heart of Trieste. The hosts certainly aren’t exaggerating when they say that they’re there for your needs; when we had to make emergency adaptions to our trip, it only took them a minute to respond and less than an hour to figure out a full-fledged solution for us, keeping us updated regularly. Like some kind of magical concierge service. Even before our stay, they had already laid out everything to make our trip/arrival as easy as possible; extremely helpful walkthrough videos showed us the general situation and the most important things about the apartment, parking garage and Trieste itself. This is certainly the pick you want to make if you want to feel confident!

The video explaining entry to the apartment and to the garage was very helpful. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. The location is really wonderful. It is so easy to walk out the front door and be in amongst the liveliness of Trieste. The hosts were very responsive and helpful during our stay when we had difficulty locating TV remote control. They kindly paid our city tax for us.

Everything was fine, not fabulous, but would probably have given 10/10... HOWEVER, like other reviewers, we were really disappointed to be pestered to write a perfect review so the hosts could keep their good rating. Prospective guests need to hear the real story, not the sanitised version! I think their request for the perfect review goes against all their other great qualities.

Every detail is perfect. The video instructions were brilliant and made car parking and checking in a breeze. This host is very committed to making sure you're a happy guest. The apartment is exactly as represented, super clean and tidy. Look no further book this accommodation.

The perfect place to stay in Trieste! Spacious, clean, right in the centre and the garage is a huge bonus. Also the breakfast at Viezzoli was very nice.
