Fantastic staff, great breakfast and big room with hot water - very flexible as well I had to leave one night earlier they didn’t charge me cancellation

Wifi doesn’t go into the room but that’s not big deal

The view was awesome The breakfast was tasty

Too many stairs The TV was stopped There is no soap, shampoo or shower gel No telephone to call room service

Room is exactly as it looks and breakfast is amazing! So yummy

Poor ventilation in the room, no extractors or AC and no option to open the window without letting mosquitos in so smells a bit mouldy. Everything else was great! Beautiful view as well.

Good location to spend our holidays. Bit difficult to climb the steps with small children. Food is ok. Friendly and supportive staff. Highly recommended.

We loved the view. In the middle of the jungle, nice views on monkeys and squirrels. The manager was very helpful and nice. Helped us find taxi, prepared breakfast for us very early when requested. The room was big and clean, with a nice balcony.

My family had a great time here! The rooms are spacious, the terraces are covered, so you can enjoy the views even in the rain. Let me tell you about the view - it's one on the best in Ella, and that is saying something! You can see the zip line and Little Adams peak. The young guys that work there are all great and helpful, just ask! One of them is also a great cook. The restaurant was closed during our stay, but they provided breakfast and cooked us delicious rice and curry once.

We counted roughly 160 stairs or up steps from the roead to our door. Also, since it is in the jungle, we had a number of visitors from monkeys and squirrels on the terrace to snails and bugs in the bathroom. We didn't mind at all, but might be important for some to know. I also suggest to stop dumping trash on the territory, it is unsightly and attracts loads of monkeys.

Amazing view, spacious room, good bathroom (hot water/ good pressure). Globally really clean. Staff helpfull and kind.

The place looks a bit not finished, some details can be improved. Bed sheet were smelling humidity and there was green paint stain (as if it was used for painting haha) but that's ok. No drink water at disposal for the guest.

It has a really great view! The breakfast was really good. The people there are friendly and if you want to leave your bags there before you get a bus to your next stop it’s no problem! The bathrooms were really clean and amazing warm shower. They also provide a hairdryer and a mini fridge.

We had two rooms as a group and one was really clean but in the other one were a dirty with the towels and bedding. So I guess it depends on what room you are getting a bit .
