"Individual stylish stay in the old town"

Very individual stay at the Jr-Kiyo Estudios. It’s actually a cafe with two guest rooms facing in the wonderful courtyard. I loved the style. Super comfortable bed and great breakfast.

It’s in the middle of the old town…be aware of the streetnoise. As the wonderful breakfast is served in the cafe it starts at 8:30am. We did a early tour but we could trade it into a coffee in the afternoon. The room has no fridge to keep thing cooled.

Tolle Architektur, Lage, Atmosphäre und super Frühstück im Café!

Für den Preis, hat es meine Ansprüche an Sauberkeit leider nicht erfüllt (Kalkflecken, Fugen etc.) Außerdem wenig Möglichkeiten für Aufbewahrung von Koffern/Kleidung bzw. auch keine Handtuchhaken im Badezimmer

Lindo imóvel, com destaque para arquitetura do quarto e excelente localização. Café da manhã é sensacional. Recomendo.

Se precisar ligar o ar condicionado, é mais barulhento que o usual.

The property was absolutely stunning — photos didn’t do it justice! I loved all of the little details the staff left, like fresh flowers and chocolate. Kiyo is in the perfect location, and it’s such an added bonus to be able to have breakfast at the coffee shop every morning. Janni was lovely and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommend.

Jr-Kiyo Estudios was incredible in so many ways. The house's design is truly elegant and cozy. Our room was peaceful and we loved the experience of having the best coffee shop on the patio. Is a very inspiring project that combines art, design, coffee, and delicious food. The staff were amazing with us, thanks Tania! Everyone was incredibly helpful, giving us recommendations about the city and helping us with everything during our trip. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience in Oaxaca.
