Mixed Experience – Room Good, But Serious Issues with Food and Safety We booked a package that included breakfast, expecting 5-star quality in terms of cleanliness and taste. Unfortunately, the food was well below expectations—poor in both quality and flavor. Shockingly, we even found a cockroach in a tea cup, which is completely unacceptable in any establishment, especially one rated as 5-star. Additionally, there were safety concerns in the bathroom, including broken floor tiles that could easily cause injury. On a positive note, the room itself was clean, spacious, and the room service staff were courteous and helpful. However, the hygiene and safety standards in the dining and bathroom areas need urgent improvement.
