The Moroccan lady is worst there, she doesn't know how to treat the guest, during my check in she went outside and keep us waiting in the reception, when she came back I found very bad smoking smell from her and she took long time to check in us. It was really hectic experience in a 5 star Hotel.

The housekeeping team were very kind helpful and good attitude specially Dil he was amazing, same as. Room service people so polite and helpful. Big thanks to Arshed for his 5 stars services and his smile as he was the only one smiling at the reception.

The reception staff's attitude was extremely disappointing for hospitality professionals. Throughout my entire stay, no one smiled at me or even addressed me by name during conversations. They were unprofessional and unhelpfulevery time I asked for something, the response was simply: No ma’am without any effort to assist or check further. I was not informed about the hotel’s facilities or the presence of nightclubs. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because I arrived by 5:00 PM even though the hotel's check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. One of the receptionists told me to go find another hotel without even checking with a supervisor. Fortunately, the supervisor later stepped in and resolved the issue. However, the overall attitude of the reception team was unacceptable, and it seemed as though they simply didn’t care about the guests.no one assisting at the pool area and was not arranged like the pictures, also the gym was not good , broken machines and mirror. The pool & gym were deserted places no one is taking care.

They entered my room without permission, searched the room, and threw some items on the floor, treating me badly and behaving in a completely inappropriate manner

The room is big and the bed is comfortable.the same in hotel webside.

At 6 am, the alarm siren woke us up and rang for 5 minutes. Only one towel was found in the bathroom, but the room was booked for two people. Coffee capsules and sugar for one-time use only. The poolside setting area is very poor, with old furniture, and the nails are sticking out of the chairs by damaging our dress. Check-in was arranged at 5 pm, saying that the room was not ready, as the guest checked out late. Due to we requested 2 hr extra for check out.
