Sara’s Apartment

Saras communication was wonderful. The flat was warm and cosy with everything catered for. Lots of creative little touches that made us smile. Candles lit for our arrival time. ( which was really lovely) . Milk and some bits of snacks for us. ( which was sooooo appreciated!) . Super location to shops and not far from the beach. I went for an emotional reason and was shattered..Sara very kindly let us vacate a few hours later so I could have a rest. Again ... that was a real act of kindness and hugely appreciated. A wonderful stay. Highly recommended Thank you Sara. 🙏🏻🫶🏻

My only tiny criticism was there wasnt a sponge or cloth to do dishes. Just an oversight . No big deal. Nothing else. It was all utterly perfect. So happy!

Was really taken back by the hospitality and care and attention they put in for us. Would definitely come again. It was a fantastic stay.

Spacious and mostly very well equipped. Comfortable.

The flat was quite clean but not everywhere. For example kitchen cupboards need a bit of a clean and work surfaces were a bit sticky. There is a leak from the bathroom sink that needs attention. Needed to buy a sponge for washing up with and there was just one tea towel. A small table to sit at for eating would be a great addition. Just small details that would make it even better.

Dirty,dust everywhere. Empty beer bottles lying around and dirty clothes left in spare bed.

So things we liked, 2 bedroom, large lounge, kitchen fully equipped, great location for town, shopping centre and beaches, not that we went on as it was December. There was a Christmas tree in the lounge, a bottle of wine and a loaf of bread which was a great touch by the host, thank you.

Things we didn't like, when we opened the cupboards in the kitchen to see what was where, as you do, we came across a lot of left behind food boxes etc I can only assume left by previous guests some with use by dates of 2024, the fridge was the same with half empty jars on the shelves. As a host they need to be cleared out completely and a note to say please take home unused food. Not a good look for any guests. I had to go and purchase some radiator bleed keys as some needed topping up, as a heating engineer I knew what to do, unfortunately the rad on the landing was a very old one with an old size bleed point, I also had to get the main bedroom rad turned on which had a very tight rad valve. Perhaps some basic maintenance would be worth while. Please take this as a constructive review and not slating the place
