Just a great location. It was right at the beach the rooms were nice.

The location couldn’t be better!! Ocean front, walkable to great restaurants & activities. Friendly & accommodating staff. Great assortment of fruit, muffins etc in lobby for breakfast/ snacks, clean, nicely decorated rooms. Old school, in the sense that you need an actual key to enter the room, which I found nostalgic. The owners are so ethical & honest that they refunded my lost key charge a MONTH after my stay when it was found at the amusement park.

There was nothing I “didn’t like”, but if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. The air conditioner is a little loud & room is a little musty, but i think that goes for ALL properties so close to the water.

Breakfast pastries were wonderful. Decor of the room was clean, neat and appealing. View, porch and rockers!

Steps! Bad weather :( Dirty fly swatter hanging in bathroom. Weather didn't permit use of beach or pool.

Location, location, location! Oh, the sunrise!

No coffee before 8 am, nor a coffee maker in the room. Early riser coffee drinkers have to find alternatives. No hot breakfast, not even for a cost. Very modest continental breakfast. Coffee (not before 8 :) ), sugary items (donuts and muffins), apples, and bananas.
