Very nice and peaceful and perfect location

Well we didn't have to pack up and drive to the beach.

The stay was short, wish we could've stayed longer. IT was very nice, everything was right there. I lived on swead st for 20 years.so I really appreciate the stay. Bring back memories

This location is about 100 steps from the beach. We could sit on the veranda and look out on the ocean and the beach. The rooms were in excellent shape, with very comfortable beds. While the bathroom was compact, it met our needs. Parking was convenient. The rooms are convenient to downtown Dewey Beach. We have stayed at many different places at the Delaware beaches, and for price, location and comfort, this is among the best!

The location was perfect t! Easy beach access, great view, and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and perfect for the two of us.

The only thing that would make this location better would be kitchens to cook for longer stays or to cook crabs!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock mit eigenem Balkon und ich könnte den ganzen Sommer dort sitzen und aufs Meer schauen, die Lage ist traumhaft direkt am wunderbaren Strand. Personal ist superfreundlich und es gibt den ganzen Tag Kaffee und morgens Muffins. Grosser Parkplatz ist inklusive. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und großzügig und mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ausgestattet, die Ausstattung ist nicht modern aber sauber und charmant.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut

The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to beach. Within walking distance to all restaurants and shops in Dewey Beach.

We would of loved to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room. The free coffee wasn't available from the office until 8am, and we are early risers. Not having a microwave to heat up leftovers and having to use office microwave was inconvenient.

We absolutely LOVEDDD the location. Prime. We love Dewey Beach and usually stay in a rental. This year we opted for a shorter stay in a hotel and bummer that there was a hurricane but this location is prime and that’s all there is to it.

The beds were very small and rooms small too- but mostly the cleanliness of our room. The rug was wet near the door from rain and also the bathrooms were not clean. Baseboards had hair and lots of dirt and dust on them. The tub didn’t drain properly, and the wood headboards had so much accumulated dirt on them and it just totally grossed me out. I’m sorry to say this. But it needs to be said because maybe they can improve this.

You can’t beat the location. The staff is wonderful. Looking forward to returning soon.

Property was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool as much as the beach.
