Pelourinho Apartments by An Island Apart

The location was wonderful with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, along with a great supermarket. The seafront was a short walk away, as were the cable car, boat tours, bus tours etc. We had a fantastic week away. The minor issues stated below didn’t detract from the whole experience and would definitely stay here again.

I did ask for bedding for the sofa bed before we arrived but all we could find was a quilt but no sheet or cover. We muddled through though. You have to be a giant to reach the kettle, toaster etc on top of the cupboard. Maybe have a small sturdy step to reach them. We had to stand on a small chair which when you are in your 60’s and 70’s is a bit nerve wracking! The bed was a bit hard for me but that’s personal preference.

Par contre la nuit on entend tout comme si on avait des fenêtres ouvertes.. il y avait des personnes qui discutaient presque toute la nuit en bas d'immeuble et pour couronné tout on est venu dans mon appartement pendant mon séjour pour traiter les insectes et on m'a volé un bijou c'est pas le prix mais me tenait à cœur. Je n'avais pas de mieux pour me casser mon séjour.

I chose this accommodation primarily based on its excellent location and affordable price, and I was definitely not disappointed. The location is especially convenient if you don't have a car, as everything is easily accessible. Everything we needed was provided.

The overall impression of the apartment is a little tired, and the ventilation in the bathroom was problematic.

Clean and nice apartment with a cuban restaurant downstairs with delicious meals and quiet nights.

Higiene do apartamento as almofadas cheiravam mal e estavam amarelas. A terceira pessoa não teve lençóis e o apartamento foi alugado para três l. A cabine de duche preta nalguns azulejos (uniões).A porta da casa de banho não se conseguia abrir na totalidade
