Spacious and clean villa. Friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable stay overall.

Front door lock and the safe in one of the rooms didn't work. Some banging sounds can be heard in one of the bathrooms (plumbing?). It is facing the street so we can still hear motorbikes during the night.

This property hugely exceeded our expectations. The villa was large and beautiful. Super affordable. The staff were very friendly and catered to all needs- special mention to the butler service and the free shuttle to dreamland beach.

The only downfalls in this place is that the location is not super central to shops/restaurants, although it is in close proximity to dreamland beach which is beautiful. If you are happy to spend most of the time in the villa, then it is perfect, otherwise bike/taxis are required.

Great luxurious villa. We were housed in Villa 2. Large rooms. Beds were comfortable and king size. Each room had their own bath room and toilet. Pool was nice sized and refreshing. But what stood out to us were the staff. Communication was through WhatsApp, which I appreciated very much. Very attentive and smooth messaging went back and forth when we requested a meal or something else. The staff made it very worthwhile. We also enjoyed the food options and had delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

If you are someone that wants peace and quiet, this Villa might not be for you. There is some white noise from the road next to it. It did not bother us, but might be a nuisance for others.
