Kula Kara Villas Bingin, Uluwatu

Great floor plan. A genuinely private villa. Comfortable. Bespoke fittings. Great kitchen and food prep arrangement for long termers. Fantastic private swimming pool. Wifi good. Staff always helpful and courteous.

Isolated from restaurants and shops. Have to order a taxi. There is a quarter step down into the bathroom which will continually catch you out and jar your back. Tiles which surround the swimming pool are glossy, therefore a slip hazard. That’s a fail and a real shame as so much attention has gone into the build. The swimming pool although private, is located above a busy road and therefore is very noisy during peak times. Great at night with beautiful pool lighting but no serenity at other times.

Thanks to the team for making vacation in Bali memorable, relaxing and enjoyable 🤍 It was closed to Dreamland beach, even they provide transfer there and back. The villa is huge, spacious, clean and comfortable for 5 people, the swimming pool was nice as well. We enjoyed a lot, it was really good choice while staying in Uluwatu 🛖

We stayed here for one week, and the space was very spacious, with two floors, a bedroom on the first floor, and a bedroom plus small living room upstairs. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, which we appreciated.

The location was quite noisy, right next to a busy road with constant traffic. On the second night, they provided earplugs, which helped a bit, but it was still difficult to sleep comfortably. The noise also made it hard to enjoy the pool area, which, despite being huge, wasn’t well-maintained. After four days, the pool became foggy and didn’t feel inviting. Another issue was the inconsistency of housekeeping. Coffee capsules were only provided upon request, and it would take at least an hour to receive breakfast or lunch when ordered through room service. This was frustrating, especially when expecting a quicker turnaround.

Kura Kara is nestled in a quiet street with is - unlike many other similar properties - easily accessible from one of the larger roads. it's a 15-20 min ride to the areas with restaurants and a similar drive to the nearest beaches. Our villa was a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The design and decoration are simple but beautiful. Beds are amazing, there are several TVs with Netflix, Youtube and other channels, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks (which are restocked in necessary). We only used the room service once - for breakfast - and it was very good. Service was excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pools is large and clean. We highly recommend Kura Kara for a short or long stay if you are with more than 2 people. We were with 3, but this villa fits 4-5 people. It's excellent value for money!

There was nothing we did not like!

The property is close to the beach and well maintained, with chauffeur services it takes about five minutes to the nearest beach. The villa’s staff are very friendly and professional, excellent service.

The villa was absolutely beautiful with stunning amenities and huge bedrooms. Amazing staff as well.

The location is a bit away from everything. There’s no restaurants in the area and the nearby beach, Dreamland Beach wasn’t that nice during rain season.
