The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from the city centre. Nice, helpful, friendly staff.

Very little, highly window. The access to the room is an outside metal, spiral staircase. When it's raining, can be dangerous. I don't recommend up to about 65 years old people, or to people who has some difficulties to walk.
