Liked the location and the car park

Arranged 3 times a 2pm check in as I had an important teams meeting, but I had to take the call in the car as the room wasn’t ready. Communication was poor, left to the cleaner to explain why? Drove for 5 hours and wanted a cup of tea but to my surprise no welcome pack, so had to look for a nearby shop, noisy on the first night due to music and shouting. Very clean but smelt of damp or wet dog.

Roomy 3rd floor apartment with adjoining bathroom. The shared kitchen was basic but clean and adequate allowing preparation & eating microwavable meals. Toaster, oven and cooktop available but not used

Couldn't get any channels on the TV. Would have liked a comfortable chair besides the swivel office chair. Broken bathroom door handle and towel rack hanging off bathroom wall - hopefully soon to be fixed.
