"Difficult check in and out process but otherwise decent"

Very basic but clean

The check in and check out process was difficult. It was raining and I had to wait outside the apt. They didn’t take my phone calls. Received a message later that the room is ready only to find no keys left and had to wait again in the rain for the owner to come and hand over the keys. No response to the message on how to check out.
