New Luxury flats

Amazing host always happy to help with any needs rooms are faultless

It is nice and warm with a good shower and clean bedding.

The walls in the room wear dirty. There was a shared kitchen but it did not have and cutlery or cups.

despite being adjacent to a busy main road it was very peaceful and quiet in the room.

The property is advertised as "luxury" flats, however I failed to find anything luxurious about it. Unless luxury means heavily stained carpets, wrinkled vinyl flooring in the en suite, a small TV that didn't have an aerial and lack of any tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We also had a window in the en suite that didn't close. The door to the en suite also didn't stay closed unless locked from inside. Due to the draft from the window the door blew open and closed until we wedged a towel in it to stop it from moving. Far from the luxury advertised I'd call it basic at best.

Excellent place very quiet an peaceful, advertisement does not do justice for place, everything u need from soap to hairdryer amazing value will be using place again for my trips to Ipswich

Faultless no flaws at all

Comfy very nice place amazing everything and they let me sleep soo good and didn’t disrupt me

I had a little bit trouble with the code that I was pressing the numbers and didn’t give me straight away but after couple of tries it worked
