New Luxury flats

Situated on the roadside, the entrance is at the back, so it is easy to park at the back near the entrance door. This is a great value place to stay: it’s immaculately clean, has everything you would expect, the room is spacious, well-heated and ventilated, quiet and private. There is a well stocked Spar shop a short walk away, for any toiletries or extra snacks that you may have forgotten. The people are welcoming and helpful. I will definitely recommend and return again.

So good we stayed longer

Very convenient for Ipswich hospital about 15 minutes walk away Walkable to shops / takeaways. About 5 minutes walk from a local train station. Everything was very clean The host was responsive. Bathroom clean and ensuite. WiFi seemed quite fast. There is a fridge in the room which has a small freezer compartment. We stayed in the twin room. Both beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space.

The flat is on the 2nd floor with only stairs. The kitchen is shared with other flats on the same floor. There is no kettle in the bedroom - only in the shared kitchen The door to the Juliet balcony would not open. The car park did not have enough spaces and people parked carelessly so if we returned late we were unable to park. The bathroom window does not fully close. We needed a key fob to open the downstairs entrance. This had to be replaced in the key box as it was shared by the residents. The key fob went missing one day and this meant we could not get in. The host was able to resolve the issue quickly and let us borrow another fob after a short wait. The flat had an unusual smell and there was a large stain on the carpet in the middle of the room. This was a good budget stay chosen for the location.
