This hotel falsely advertises its rooms with its pictures, if you are unlucky and are forced into the 'basement' rooms just leave as quick as you can. There are no pictures of these rooms on booking.com and for good reason. The rooms are not habitable. The first thing you will see is a big can of used bug spray, some prison like conditions with bare empty rooms, broken curtains so you cant even hide yourself from the other unfortunate inmates. It was horrible, within an hour i requested a refund and got half my money back. They should honestly close this part of the hotel as i got a glimpse of the rooms upstaira which were decent. Honestly do not recommend this hotel at all, one of my worst experiances in morroco, spend 10 pound more and go to a better place.
