Location and quiet at night.

No sign on the entrance, difficult to find. Name not on map. Not enough toilet paper. No light in the downstairs kitchen. Trash not emptied regularly. No place in my room to put belongings.

Really nice place to spend few days in Marrakech. Cheap and comfortable place to spend few days in Marrakech.

The room was clean (but we stayed at another place).

They had asked for an airport transfer, we agreed but nobody arrived and nobody answered via WhatsApp anymore. We had to arrange our own transport from the airport (no prob). We arrived to the hotel after midnight. The guy waited for us to tell us that there is no room available (they had sold it to someone else). He took us to another place (approx. 1 km away)...?

Internet and decor.

Correct directions be made available and staff should respond timely in whatsapp which they dont.

It's a beautiful old house, great roof terrace and tasty breakfast in the morning. Mohamed was super friendly and hospitable and out of his generosity he literally saved my situation, I am so grateful for that. And on top of all, he gave me a ride on his motorcycle through the narrow streets of medina! Thanks for everything!

There was a bit lack of fresh air in my window-less room (expected, right?:) But well worthy for the price, that's for sure. And common areas can fairly compensate it.
