Cheap stay on hip Södermalm - construction work

Oda çok temizdi. Yataklar çok rahattı (çekyat dahil). Odalar çok güzel ve sade döşenmişti. Muhit çok sakin ve güzeldi. Toplu taşımaya ve markete çok yakındı. Yemek yapmak isteyenler için mutfak sade ama gayet yeterli donanımda idi. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok hızlı idi. İnşaat gürültüsünden bahsedilmiş ama neredeyse hiç duyulmayacak kadar azdı. 3 gece kaldık. Gürültüden hiç rahatsız olmadık. Teşekkürler.

Tek problem banyo kapısının yağlanması gerektiği idi. Onun dışında her şey iyiydi.

Inside was clean and well-provisioned. The beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet. It was a short walk to the Coop to get groceries. The access to flats was governed by passcodes which made entry secure.

The kitchen area was very small. It was difficult to prep food and cook it. It was about 15 mins walk from the nearest metro at Stanstull. There is still construction work and refurbishment of flats going on which was a little confusing.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is a place that, according to locals that the police are called to regularly and it is a venue that is used by prostitutes and their pimps. How comfy do you think your unmade bed is ? It is a disgusting environment. Avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION !!! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY RECOMPENSATION. Access to accommodation, WHICH WAS DENIED would have helped. As there was no assistance from the management company, we had to find alternative accommodation at extra cost to us. The management company have avoided all responsibility. SINCE CIMPLAINTS, they have delayed and obstructed and delayed any process of redress.

The apartment has many strong points: the location is excellent, close to shops, transport, and the city center. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all the beds, sofas, and linens were comfortable and clean, which made the stay pleasant in many ways.

However, there were some significant downsides: - If you’re booking multiple apartments, be aware they might be on different floors and quite far apart, even within the same building. - The kitchen sink was leaking - The toilet tank leaked every time it was flushed. - From 7 AM to 7 PM, there is heavy construction noise, both inside and outside the building. Although this was mentioned in the listing (which I appreciate). - Most concerning: the fire alarm went off twice during our 7-night stay, one time lasting the entire night until 8 or 9 AM. There’s no emergency contact number, and the property’s support is outsourced to Ecuador and unavailable at night. When we contacted emergency services, they said to speak with the building owner or security – but no numbers were provided anywhere. This place has potential, but the management and emergency procedures need serious improvement.

Good location, nice area (can't really go wrong in Södermalm anywhere) quiet but close to lots of restaurants cafés etc. Subway is a bit of a walk but buses are right there. Has a Coop (food market) right across the street - big +. Clean and spacious. Getting in and out was easy with numeric codes, no keys to worry about. Host gets neutral only because I never interacted with anyone, but that's fine.

Was a little chilly in there and you can't control the heat. I get that it's Swedish winter, I've lived there, but it could have been a little warmer. It's very minimal and the building is a bit industrial but I don't mind that, some might though.
