SESESEThe location was great! Really close to the water so easy to hop on the boats to all the different locations such as Gröna Lund and the old town. Good value for money and the apartment was clean with new furniture all through. The neaest supermarket was just a two minute walk.
The lock on the bathroom door got stuck with our son inside, with no staff anywhere it became a bit of a panic. But we got him out using kitchen utensils! We hope the owners will take this into account snd have some kind of emergency number to call out of office hours. There was a fair bit of building noise outside from very early in the morning.
SEI absolutely recommend this place. Location wise and price its unbeatable in Stockholm. In Södermalm?? Are you kidding me :) ? A COOP ( Supermarket ) 5m away from the location, right across the street. I HIGHLY recommend to leave the chat page open on Booking.com during the stay for messaging, they are SUPER available. I understood in the past, based on the bad rating they had some communication issue. I got always a response in a very short time. The support was great and always available for questions. At the beginning you might find the codes for the entrance complicated, but you will very fast get use to it, and they explain it VERY well on their guides.

the images are very misleading. the bed area & decor does not look like the pictures you present, nor does the hallway. the outside of the building is nothing like the picture. i found the building inside area unwelcoming and somewhere I would never choose to stay
SEThe sofa and that the electricity and plumming worked.
Everything almost, the ventilation was noisy every morning from 6 to 10 and the air really stuffy. The whole apartment smelled like paint. It was also not so clean and the oven did not come with oventrays.
