Tas kā pilsētas nodokli pieprasīja maksāt 20 eiro,bet aplikācija bija rakstīts 2 eiro...Tas tika pateikts tikai ierodoties naktsmītne...Par maksas parkingu jautāju laicīgi,vai ir bezmaksas kautkur netālu...Atbildi sagaidīju pars stundas pirms ierados naktsmītne...Jautājums tika uzdots,rezervēšanas diena...Atbildi sagaidīju,tikai tad kad vairs nebija iespējas atteikt rezervejumu.

Осторожно тараканы в большом количестве!!! Экстремально грязная квартира, с большим количеством тараканов!!! Уборка не производиться , как оставили квартиру прежние гости, в таком же состоянии передаётся следующему гостю. Постельное белье грязное вонючее, просто мужской парфюм нанесён. Осторожно с зеркалом у входа скорее всего производиться наблюдение, хозяин живет в соседней квартире! Осторожно мошенничество! Хозяин при въезде берёт депозит в размере 50 евро и при отъезде придумает схему как не возвращать эту сумму. О городском налоге сообщается в день отъезда, что с депозита он забирает налог. В моём случае удалось вернуть депозит , но как ниже пишут, что им не удалось вернуть свои деньги. Вызывайте полицию! Ещё полиции стоит проверить квартиру на не законное наблюдение, зеркало или камеры! Отвратительное место!

Nice location in the heart of Riga

Advantages of these apartments: 1. location in the city center, that's all!

My family and I came to Riga for the weekend, we were disappointed... Cons: 1. DIRT, DUST, no one cleans this apartment, dirt is absolutely everywhere 2. Dirty bed linen from the USSR, 3. Dirty dishes BE SURE TO TAKE YOUR OWN DISHES if you still have to stay here. 4. The owner of this apartment tried to convince us that we really needed parking next to the house for 15€ per day (I had to give him 30€, although parking is free at night) 5. I paid for my stay in full on the booking website, but upon arrival the owner demanded a 50€ deposit from me (I thought it was strange, but I paid because I was already tired after the trip) When we had already packed our things and were ready to hand over the keys to the owner of the apartment, he suddenly remembered that we needed to pay an additional “city tax of 15€ per person per night” and began to demand money from me, but all this had already been paid in the booking app He also did not intend to give back the 50€ deposit, and locked himself in the apartment, he returned the 50€ deposit only after I called the police. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, DO NOT GO HERE! IT'S DIRTY HERE AND THE OWNER IS A TERRIBLE SCAMMER!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY At first, if you enter the building you can feel some kind of mould and old pee stink. The hallway is very old and quite bad condition. Next step, you must go the owner apartment and show your ID. Its located next to youre rental apartment .The owner not speak english language, only two words ,, give me money,,. Next he show and introduce the apartment . I notice that there is 2 mirrors at the same spot. It seems to me like police or detective mirror. One is at the owner side and the other is in your rental apartment side. The owner covered his mirror very quickly with curtain, when i notice it. It looks me quite strange. I dont know, but i think there were cameras also. If you enter your room there was a floor tiles which is not placed correctly, tiles are moving. Quite easy to broke some tiles and then owner can ask you again give me money. Dont open the fridge, this smell kicks you in the face directly. Bathroom is in bad condition, there is no toilet paper. There were used razors. You can see tust everywhere. You have to make the bed yourself. The bed clothes are at the age of world war2 and also they are stincking. The blankets are very thin. In conclusion: very terrible experience, i dont trust the owner, i dont want to leave my things there alone. If you want bad experience, its four you. For women -NO. 😄 and may last, the owner call me inside his apartment when he wears dressing gown.

Run as far as you can. Dust in the rooms. The pillows were 40 years old, there were no normal blankets, only thin blankets. A deposit of 50 euros was taken, which was not returned, because they added children again and parking, but we arrived by train. Disgasting! He simply embezzled 50 euros for nothing.
