Value for Money Clean Room Good Location

I liked everything about May Casa.

The location was amazing, and the room was very clean with a great balcony.

The female staff member was not very cooperative and did not speak English, which made communication difficult.

Pros: great central location. Besides the ladies outside constantly harassing you to buy something every time you leave the hotel, it’s a convenient place near everything. The hotel manager was kind enough to let us leave our bags there for a few hours after check out. Cons: it always smelled like smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. The drain in the shower was full of hair so it wasn’t draining properly. I had to clean the hair out of the drain myself to fix the problem. (Gross) I found a giant toenail clipping on the floor by the bed. Seems like they don’t sweep or mop the room or bathroom because the bathroom had dirt on the floor when we got there. There was also a hair in the bathroom sink. It would be a much more enjoyable place if they actually cleaned the rooms after every guest. Also had to get a new room right when we got there bc our bathroom was flooded and definitely not clean.

Very well situated and apartment has everything you need.

located at one of the main road side, near SaPa Station. on top of a cafe and many nearby restaurants, convenience & souvenirs shops, and even street foods. fresh room and bed, clean toilet completed with amenities. never turned on the AC because nature cooling. host was responsive with requests.

Nice rooms in the centre of Sa Pa, with comfortable beds and overall good value for money.

The bathrooms could be cleaner and better maintained. The top-floor rooms may experience noise from the water pump. After I mentioned this, my room was changed, and everything was fine. Additionally, the only downside of this place is that the doors have no soundproofing, meaning that if people in the corridor are loud, you’ll hear everything due to the echo.
