Rooms were clean, location was great. Amenities were basic.

Terrible service. Staff only spoke Vietnamese. There’s no one at reception despite informing in advance of our arrival time. Whatsapp and messages via platforms are replied after several hours. We had to make voice calls to the contact numbers and then they sent a lady with room keys. Our room - King Studio with 2 dbl beds- was allotted to someone else. The attendant spoke only Vietnamese and asked for my booking reservation on my phone. He then took a screenshot of my booking. Instead of the King Studio, we were then given 2 queen rooms. The attendant came later in the evening and I had to call the lady sitting somewhere else, to understand what he was saying. Eventually I understood he wanted the room rent. He had no clue how much it was. He kept asking for my phone to again take screenshots of my booking. I then paid him the amount. Next day he arrived in the morning and again I had to make a call to the lady on my phone because he kept talking in Vietnamese. Then she told me that I have to pay rent for the other room. Another long discussion followed on my phone which the attendant used to speak to the lady, who then spoke to me in English and then he again used it to speak to her. Again he asked for my booking and took screenshots with his phone. Then the lady called the one who had arrived with the room keys for confirmation that it was she who offered 2 rooms instead of the one booked. Finally the matter was resolved and I paid for only the King studio. This is a warning to everyone. You book the room in advance at a lower price; however they may give it to others probably at a higher price.And you are then left in the lurch. If something is available they may offer it to you, else you have to hunt other accommodations on your own. You cant hold anyone responsible as there’s no one at the reception -which is just a table and chair under a staircase inside a restaurant! It was a terrible experience wasting half hour on each of the 3 occasions. Never again!

The location was great. Many restaurants and stores nearby.

The room was not clean at all. The towels were stained. Bed wasn’t confortable at all. We had a hard time reaching the host/receptionist.

Perfect location, big comfortable bed, lift, balcony.

We had a great experience, nice location and nice ambiance. Well maintained rooms and bathroom. There's also a restaurant on the ground floor.

Very accessible, located near to many food places.

The receptionist is not always at the desk, so you need to contact them early via local Vietnamese number
