An absolute gem of a find! Gorgeous decor, fabulous attention to detail, perfectly clean rooms, a super-comfy bed, refreshing rainfall shower, pleasant garden view, and a cream tea on arrival. Friendly and helpful owners, too! The perfect place for a chilled out stay - thank you!

Everything was perfect.

It was located privately at the rear of the property. Megan was responsive and communicative prior to our arrival. Super clean and conveniently located to Sandringham where we were attending a concert.

Lovely accommodation spacious and bright and clean.comfy bed . Very quiet area at night Lovely bathroom with walk in shower.nice thick towels Well equipped kitchenette Comfy sofa Nice seating area outside with table and chairs. Enjoyed a few chilled glasses of fizz in the evenings Great location for North Norfolk coast and Sandringham We walked to a local pub for a great meal (try and book in advance as couldn't get a table at the bank restaurant as fully booked ) Also went to the Duck at Stanhoe for an excellent meal

A very high standard of accommodation. Everything was just right. It's a small living area but just enough for two. Furnishings and finished to a high standard. Walking distance to local pub.

It was extremely comfortable and the cleanliness was immaculate. Very friendly and pleasant owners. Very very quiet. Just lovely to be in. Within a reasonable distance to the north Norfolk coast. Cannot fault anything about it.
