Comfortable bed, clean, private. Lovely welcome tea (sorry we didn’t eat it but we’re grateful for the gesture!)

Shower was very hot, and couldn’t be turned down without water pressure dropping.

"Lovely stay to see Norfolks Christmas lights"

Lovely annex, very clean and comfortable. Good location for visiting Hunstanton, Snettisham and Sandringham. Quiet road , very peaceful.

It's not the easiest to find as it's an apartment at the back of the owners house and isn't signposted or marked in any way . The bathroom could do with a blind at the window ideally but overall I was very happy with my stay.

Avocet Lodge was very comfortable for a two night stay. We liked being self-catering and the kitchenette was more than adequate to prepare simple meals in the evening. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The scones and cream on arrival were a nice welcome. Our host was very helpful, communicated well and sent out very helpful directions and check-in instructions.
