Everything!!! Start with the owner 7 Stars for her!!! Location 5 Stars, Facility 5 Stars, Room 5 Stars, Value 7 Stars!!! I would stay here EVERY Time I Was In Sapa and Eat at Bahn Mi 911 Every Day.

Blank, Nothing, Everything Was Awesome and Amazing Value.

Only a short walking distance (less than 10 minutes) from the main street with shops and restaurants, and I enjoyed the walk every morning and evening. The couple who own the motel are awesome, the woman especially was so helpful and kind. My bus arrived in Sapa at 2am and she let me check in, and I got sick on the day I left so she let me stay until my bus in the evening for a discounted price. On my first morning, she recommended her sons cafe, Banh Mi 911, which was so delicious. The shower was warm, there was always water and tea in the room, and I had an extra blanket so I would be warm at night. Overall I felt very welcome here.

L’accueil était super, on est arrivé à 5h45 le matin alors que l’heure d’arrivé était prévu à 14h, elle nous a installé dans une autre chambre en attendant que les autres clients partent de la chambre que l’on avait prise, toujours à l’écoute. Service de machine à laver était très bien aussi

L’humidité, on a utilisé nos serviettes micro fibres le vendredi, le dimanche elles n’étaient toujours pas sèche, c’est le seul bémol de la chambre
