Everything was great! Clean, enough room and the owner is really friendly! It is very close to the city center, less than five minutes.

Absolutely loved it here! The lady was so nice and welcoming🩷. She had fresh water & hot tea for us in the room when we arrived. The bed was so comfortable. 🥰Good location only 5/10 min walk to the very centre. We also did 2 day trekking, and she let us leave our bags there😊 would highly recommend !!

Very nice host and good equipped hotel, the family (or the son) is even operating nice restaurant Banh Mi 911. The room was good, nice bed, good warm shower, everything need was provided, even some fruits and cold water for drinking and hot water for tea.

I stayed for 2 nights at this place, and I loved it! The house is so nice, not far from the city and the owner are very friendly! The breakfast and the food the lady prepares are delicious and very affordable!!

Very comfortable room and a great service

They ask more money than booking.com. We booked for 293.000vnd. They told for holidays it’s 500.000vnd but can give for 350.000vnd. They were not allowing for booing.com price and we talked a lot there and we stood on our word that “you first change your money in booking.com (the one we already booked) or mention that you money will be different from the money shown in booking.com then will pay you”. Later they didn’t charge more. We just have 293.000vnd. But the facilities and comfort was so good.

The attention and kindness of the owner and her family is incredible. We were very pleased. The facilities are very good and the room has all the comforts. What is most appreciated is the electric stove and the hot water it gives you every day if you want to make yourself a cup of tea.

Staff were lovely, welcoming and accommodating from the initial booking to arriving at 3am and leaving they made us feel like home. Room was very clean and they made sure we had hot water in mornings and evenings for tea. Also shower is very nice and warm! Just what you need after a day out in Sa Pa :)

Hot blankets, hot shower and an electric heater. Perfect for the cold nights in January!
