We loved our stay here, beautiful clean accommodation. The family are all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Stunning view from the balcony, looking over sapa town. The bed is super comfortable. The shower was great, shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Good location, small walk to the town. We hired a scooter for our stay and they gave us lots of recommendations where to go. Thank you for having us.

Good accommodation with friendly owners.

The room is clean, with body gel, shampoo, conditioner, and oral kit. Hot water is working really great. The family is amazing, even offered me a hot tea when the old one was already cold. A great overlooking place to Sapa Plaza. Love - From the Ph. ❤️❤️❤️

The neighbor's dogs.. 😭😭😭

The family is so kind and so friendly. Even though mother don’t speak English, her two sons speak very good. They have a restaurant with Banh mih in town. We went there for breakfast. All stay is such a great experience. The woman borrowed us the umbrella when it was raining.

Great value for money, lovely family, clean and functional room.

They have dogs outside that are slightly off-putting but once they have met you are more friendly.
