certainly the added value was the availability of the host, who organized a bicycle transfer to Hanoi without asking for anything in return. Also noteworthy is the tea always ready at reception.

We had a wonderful stay here. The motel is run by a family that is very committed to make your stay as good as possible. The place is very new and clean. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful. The owners speak perfect English and were very interested in talking and getting to know us. They arranged a trekking tour for us and we rented a scooter for a fair price with them. We had very good noodle soup with egg every morning! I would definitely recommend this guesthouse and stay here again, if ever back in Sa Pa.

Nothing everything was perfect

Really wonderful staff at the hotel! I arrived in Sapa with food poisoning and they were super accommodating and very patient with me. After I recovered they were great at providing recommendations for food, hikes and things to do around Sapa. Room was super clean with ensuite bathroom, tv and kettle (and teabags!). Food/drink is available at the property and the brothers speak fantastic English.

A great hotel managed by an amazing family. They sorted everything for us, guides, restaurant recommendations, food, mopeds & gave us a free lift to the bus station for our onward journey. The rooms are comfortable and in a quiet location near the centre of Sapa. It was my birthday on the 2nd day and I received a great little birthday gift. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in Sapa with a wonderful family. Lots of love, JJ & Emma.

The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. Definitely stay here if you're looking for somewhere to recharge in Sapa.
