Easy check in, simple terms, great communication.

Remove chain locks- they are not needed and room will feel better. They no longer reach and have been replaced by deadbolt.

I could pay with Cash and was able to get my deposit returned when I checked out. also I got a ground floor room to accommodate my bad ankt.

it was right on a major thoroughfare and you could hear the traffic most of the night

Está en una buena ubicación, en el cuarto donde me alojé la puerta tenía mala la cerradura .

La cerradura de la puerta no está buena ósea no se podía poner seguro por dentro .

The stay was fine. Decent room, plenty of space, & good parking. Bob at the front desk was friendly, courteous, with a good sense of humor.

Have not paid a security deposit in years. While I guess this is because it is an independent hotel, it comes out immediately, but not sure how long it will be before it is refunded.
