River Palm Hotel

Because of my experience, I checked out that morning. Unfortunately, I forgot one of my phones in the room. I didn’t realize it until later that night, so I called the front desk. Thankfully, the staff had kept the phone safely for me until I was able to retrieve it the second day, which I appreciated.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made it very uncomfortable. In addition, there were ants all over the table, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The room was also missing basic amenities such as a phone and an iron, which are usually standard in most hotels. On top of that, there was a lot of noise around the building, making it difficult to rest or sleep peacefully. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of proper maintenance did not meet expectations. I hope management will address these issues and improve cleanliness, room amenities, and noise control for future guests.

No ice available. Room floors dirty. Outside areas dirty. People not staying allowed to freely roam all areas around rooms and parking area
